Mochi FramePop
FramePop turns your photos into a short video that feels made. If something isn't behaving, start here — and if the answer isn't below, write to us.
Where do my videos go?
Into FramePop, under the Videos tab, and nowhere else. Turn on Settings → Save to Photos automatically and a copy also lands in your photo library. You can share any video from the app at any time.
Why is my photo cropped?
A template fills the frame, and a wide photo has to lose something to fit a tall video. Tap a photo in the strip and choose Adjust to drag and pinch it into place. The Full Frame and Wide Open templates show the whole picture without cropping it.
Can I change what a template does?
Yes. Tap the control at the top right of a template to open Options: add your own words and emoji, say where they sit and which photo they belong to, and change the background, transition, length and music. Or change nothing — the template already decided.
There's no music.
Templates start silent on purpose — sound is your call, not the template's. Open Options → Music and pick a track, or bring your own file. Music bought from Apple Music and other stores is protected and cannot be written into an exported video; that is a restriction on the file, not something FramePop can work around.
Is there a watermark?
No. Nothing is stamped on your video, and there is no subscription.
An export failed, or ran out of space.
FramePop checks for room before it starts and cleans up after itself if something goes wrong. If an export keeps failing, free some storage and try again — and please tell us, with the name of the template you were using.
What are template packs?
Themed sets — Birthday Bash, Pet Star, Game On. Every pack is included at the moment; add the ones you want in Settings → Template Packs and their templates appear in the gallery.

Your photos and the videos you make stay on your device, and there is no account. The app does send anonymous usage data — which template was opened, whether an export worked — and the privacy policy says exactly what that is.
